LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Coilective Bargaining Agreement befinreen the City of North Olmsted (City) and Local <br />2681, Ohio Councii 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the foliowing: <br />The parties agree as a final resolution to the grievance filed on January 29,1998 by Sandy <br />Gimino (Step pay increase) will be resolved as foilows: <br />Effective July 1, 1998 <br />1. Employees wili be moved to the proper step of their respective classification based on <br />yearsof service. <br />2. Employees wili be moved through the steps on the anniversary date, each year, at the <br />completion of their relative years of service until they reach the top rate of pay within their <br />classification. <br />3.
