LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Coilective Bar+gaining Agreement between the City of North Oimsted (City) and Local <br />2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the following: <br />The parties agree to meet within 6 months of the execution of this agreement to negotiate <br />the outstanding issues reiative to part-time employees as follows: <br />1. Check off/fair share fees <br />2. Grievance Procedure <br />3. Seniority <br />4. Hours of work <br />5. Recall from layoff <br />6. Promotions and bidding <br />7.
