B. Mortuaries, crematoriums and funeral homes. <br />C. Printing shops and graphic arts facilities. <br />D. Dance, voice and music studios. <br />E. Barber shops, beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry or dry cleaning <br />agencies, self-service laundries and dry cleaning and shoe repair shops. <br />F. Research and testing laboratories; radio and television stations; <br />telephone exchanges; pay stations and transformer stations. <br />G. Animal hospitals and pet shops provided noise and odor is effectively <br />confined to the building so used. <br />H. Hotels and motels. <br />1. Banks, loan and finance companies, and other financial institutions. <br />J. Gasoline service stations and automobile wash, provided that no part <br />of the lot upon which the same is located is within 500 feet of any lot <br />occupied by an existing church, public or private school, playground, <br />park, library, public building or building of institutional occupancy, <br />except where the distance is intersected by a street at least sixty feet <br />in width and no alcoholic beverages are dispensed or sold on the same <br />lot. <br />K. Bowling alleys, dance halls, pool and billiard parlors, skating rinks, <br />indoor theatres, assembly halls or other sport or recreation centers, <br />provided the buildings in which they operate are sufficiently sound <br />insulated to confine effectively the noise to within the building so used. <br />L. Accessory uses customarily incident to a primary use described in this <br />section, including offstreet parking as regulated in Chapter 1161 and <br />signs as regulated in Chapter 1163. <br />(Ord. 93-104. The following uses may be <br />permitted in a General Retail Business District if a conditional use permit is issued in accordance with <br />the provisions of Chapter 1118: <br />(1) Vehicle repair establishments including engines, body and paint." <br />be amended, and, as amended, shall read in its entirety as follows: <br />"1139.01 GENERAL RETAII, BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />(a) Intent. For the purposes of the Zoning Code, General Retail Business Districts are <br />hereby established to meet the shopping, convenience and service needs of the residents of the entire <br />community. <br />(b) permitg Bufldinizs and Uses.
