f. ; <br />?...; , <br />(1) Any use permitted in the least restrictive Residence District adjacent to any <br />part of such General Retail Business District subject to the requirements of <br />such Residence District. <br />(2) Single family cluster dwelling as regulated in Chapter 1136. <br />(3) Retail business. <br />A. The retail sale of baked goods, confectionery, dairy products, <br />delicatessen, fruits, vegetables, groceries, meats and beverages; <br />B. The sale of dry goods and variety merchandise; <br />C. The sale of hardware, household appliances, television and radio, paint, <br />wallpaper, materials and objects for interior decorating; <br />D. The sale of books, magazines, newspapers, tobacco products, drugs, <br />flowers, gifts, music, photographic equipment, sporting goods and <br />stationery; <br />E. The sale of food and beverages of all kinds including sale for <br />consumption on the premises, provided, however, no establishment <br />engaged in the business of selling spirituous, vinous or malt beverages <br />shall be located nearer than 500 feet from the lot occupied by an <br />existing church, public or private school, playground, park, library or <br />public building; <br />F. The retail sale of general merchandise including sales in a department <br /> store; <br />G. The retail sale of apparel of all kinds; <br />H. The retail sale of furniture, china, floor coverings and household goods; <br />I. Automobile supply stores, automobile showrooms and lots for the sale <br /> of new motor vehicles; in addition, showrooms and lots for the sale of <br /> used cars are permitted accessory uses in this district, provided that <br /> such accessory use sha11 be located either on a parcel of land upon <br /> which is located an existing automobile showroom and lot for the sale <br /> of new motor vehicles, or upon a parcel of land which is physically <br /> contiguous to a parcel of land containing an existing automobile <br /> showroom and lot for the sale of new motor vehicles; <br />7. The retail sale of motor vehicle fuel provided that no alcoholic <br /> beverages are dispensed or sold on the same lot; and <br />K. The retail sale of other goods and merchandise as determined similar <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Section 1123.10. <br />(4) Serv ice establishments. Including: <br />A. Business offices for: <br />1. Real estate, insurance, financial, sales and other business <br />purposes; and <br />2. Offices for azchitects, clergymen, engineers, lawyers, dentists, <br />doctors or other established recognized professionals. <br />B. Mortuaries, crematoriums and funeral homes. <br />C. Printing shops and graphic arts facilities. <br />D. Dance, voice and music studios. <br />4
