E. Barber shops, beauty shops, custom tailors, laundry or dry cleaning agencies, self-service laundries and dry cleaning and shoe repair shops. F. Research and testing laboratories; radio and television stations; telephone exchanges pay stations and transformer stations. G. Animal hospitals and pet shons. Buildings primarily used for, respectively, the medical treatmern of injured or ill animals, and the sale of animals; provided, however, that animal noise and odor must be effectively confined to any such building so used; that no part of any building so used may be located within 700 feet from any dwelling within the City; and that the total number of animals within any building or buildings so used may not exceed fifty per acre of the parcel upon which the said building or buildings are located.
