(a) Offic e Buildinas. Offices include professional, financial, governmental, public utility, administrative and sales except that no retail sales involving the exchange of merchandise shall be pernutted. Medical offices are not permitted. (b) Rese arch Laboratories. Research laboratories include experimental, reseazch and testing, all types of basic and applied research of product design and development, including the operation of small scale experimental and pilot operations for determining the feasibility of new technology. (c) Meta l Production. Metal production includes metal cutting, stamping, electric, gas and ultrasonic welding, grinding, machining and finishing, only in the production andlor assembly of products such as: (1) Automotive and aircraft parts; (2) Electrical and electronic equipment and motors; (3) Electrical appliances; (4) Hardware, cutlery and kitchen utensils; (5) Musical and scientific equipment; (6) Medical, orthopedic and photographic instruments and equipment; (7) Sporting goods and athletic equipment; (8) Sheet metal components, heating and ventilation ductwork, gutters and downspouts; and (9) Plumbing supplies. (d) Non metal Production. Nonmetal production includes: (1) Clothing, garment manufacturing and other textile products; (2) Pharmaceutical products; (3) Manufacture and fabrication of plastic products, extrusion, moulding and fabrication of panels, sheets, tubes and rods; and (4) Ceramics, pottery, dishware, figurines and tile from clay and the enarneling of pottery ware or metals. (e) Servi ces' Sales and Storage Establishments. Services, sales and storage establishments are limited to: (1) Cleaning, dyeing and dry cleaning establishments and carpet cleaning; (2) Repair of household appliances and goods produced by manufacturing and assembly processes permitted above; (3) Food, confection and drug preparation; (4) Bottling plants and creameries; (5) Cold storage and food locker plants; (6) Household and maintenance services, dry cleaning and laundry, dyeing, rug cleaning, janitorial and maintenance services; (7) Pazcel delivery establishments; (8) Monument works; and (9) Bulk storage or warehouses for such material as building materials, contractors' equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of discarded or salvage articles or of any material outside of buildings. 6
