(e) . rie. Sa1_es and Storaize EstaLishments. Services, sales and storage establishments are limited to: (1) Cleaning, dyeing and dry cleaning establishments and carpet cleaning; (2) Repair of household appliances and goods produced by manufacturing and assembly processes permitted above; (3) Food, confection and drug preparation; (4) Bottling plants and creameries; (5) Cold storage and food locker plants; (6) Household and maintenance services, dry cleaning and laundry, dyeing, rug cleaning, janitorial and maintenance services; (7) Parcel delivery establishments; (8) Monument works; and (9) Bulk storage or warehouses for such material as building materials, contractors' equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, machinery, materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of discarded or salvage articles or of any material outside of buildings. (10) Public storage establishments. (11) Do,g and/or Cat Kennels. Buildings primarily used for the boarding of dogs and/or cats for a fee; provided, however, that animal noise and odor must be effectively confined to any such building so used; that no part of any building so used may be located within 700 feet from any dwelling in the City; and that the total number of animals within any building or buildings so used may not exceed fifty per acre of parcel upon which the said building or buildings are located. ( fl Similar Uses. Any Limited Industry-Industrial Park District use not listed above may be permitted upon approval of the Planning Commission provided that: (1) An interpretation that the proposed use is similar to the permitted use has first been obtained from the Boazd of Zoning Appeals; (2) Such use is not listed in any other classification of permitted buildings or uses, and is more appropriate to and conforms more closely to the basic characteristics of Limited Industry-Industrial Park District uses than to any other classification; and (3) Such a use does not generate traffic to a greater e}rtent than other permitted uses listed in this classification, and is similar as to hours of operation of other permitted uses." SECTION 3: That any Ordinance or part of any Ordinance, heretofore adopted by this Council which is in conflict or inconsistent with this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or inconsistency, hereby repealed. SECTION 4: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby d'uected to cause notice of a public hearing to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. 8
