<br />20' STORM SEWER EASEMENT <br />PP N0.237-21-001 <br />Situated in the Ci.ty of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and <br />lnown as being part of Original Dover Township Lot 10 and more fully bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection point of the I-480 right-of-way, the Brookpark <br />Road right-of-way, the property line of PP No. 237 -21=001 and the property <br />line of PP No. 237-21-010 and being also the principal place of beginning of the <br />said easement herein described: <br />Thence North 51 ° 18" 53" East, a distance of 42.58 feet to a point on the <br />southerly right-of-way of Brookpazk Road, 160 feet wide and the northerly <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001; <br />Thence easterly, along the southerly right-of-way of said Brookpark Road and the <br />northerly property line of PP No. 237-21-001, a distance of 144.67 feet along the <br />arc of a curve deflecting to the left, whose radius is 4991.07 feet and whose chord <br />bears North 78° 16' 58" East, a distance of 144.67 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 320 17' 44" West, a distance of 28.22 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 78° 24' 28" West, a distance of 120.33 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 51° 18" 53" West, a distance of 13.12 feet to a point on the <br />southerly property line of PP No. 237-21-001 and the northerly property line of <br />PP No. 237-21-010; <br />Thence North 89° 33' 49" West, a distance of 31.70 feet along the southerly <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001 and the northerly property line of PP No. 237- <br />21-010 to the Principal Place of Beginning of the easement herein described and <br />containing 0.0730 Acres (3,179 sq. ft.) of land, more or less, but subject to all <br />legal highways, easements and restrictions of records as surveyed by Adache- <br />Ciuni-Lynn Associates, Joseph R.
