<br />01 <br />10' WESTERLY TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />PP NO. 237-21-001 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and <br />known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot 10 and more fully bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection point of the I-480 right-of-way, the Brookpark <br />Road right-of-way, the property line of PP No. 237 -21-001 and the property <br />line of PP No. 237-21-010 and being also the principal place of beginning of the <br />said easement herein described; <br />Thence North 100 53' 15" West, a distance of 11.30 feet along the irregular <br />southerly right-of-way line of Brookpazk Road, 160 feet wide and the west <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001 to a point; <br />Thence North 51 ° 18' 53" East, a distance of 18.44 feet to a point on southerly <br />right-of-way line of Brookpazk Road, 160 feet wide and the north property line of <br />PP No. 237-21-001; <br />Thence easterly, along the southerly right-of-way line of Brookpark Road, 160 <br />feet wide and the north property line of PP No. 237-21-001, a distance of 21.36 <br />feet along the arc of a curve deflecting to the left, whose radius is 4991.07 feet <br />and whose chord bears North 79° 14' 09" East a distance of 21.36 feet to a point <br />on southerly right-of-way line of Brookpark Road, 160 feet wide and the north <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001; <br />Thence South 510 18' 53" West, a distance of 42.58 feet to the Principal Place of <br />Beginning of the easement herein described and containing 0.0070 Acres (305 sq. <br />ft.) of land, more or less, but subject to all legal highways, easements and <br />restrictions of record as surveyed by Adache-Ciuni-Lynn Associates, Joseph R. <br />Ciuni Registered Surveyor No. 7394 in August, 1997 and as shown on Exhibit <br />«D„ <br />EXHIBIT B <br />?
