?.R.?. <br /> <br />10' SOUTHERLY TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />PP NO. 237-21-001 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and <br />known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot 10 and more fully bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection point of the I-480 right-of-way, the Brookpark <br />Road right-of-way, the properiy line of PP No. 237-21-001 and the property <br />line of PP No. 237-21-010; <br />Thence South 89° 33' 49" East, a distance of 31.70 feet along the southerly <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001 and the northerly property line of PP No. 237- <br />21-010 to the Principal Place of Beginning of the easement herein described: <br />Thence North 510 18' 53" East, a distance of 13.12 feet to a point; <br />Thence North 78° 24' 28" East, a distance of 120.33 feet to a point; <br />Thence North 32° 17' 44" East, a distance of 28.22 feet to a point on southerly <br />right-of-way line of Brookpark Road, 160 feet wide and the north property line of <br />PP No. 237-21-001; Thence easterly, along the southerly right-of-way line of Brookpazk Road, 160 <br />feet wide and the north properiy line of PP No. 237-21-001, a distance of 14.12 <br />feet along the arc of a curve deflecting to the left, whose radius is 4991.07 feet <br />and whose chord bears North 771 22' 17" East a distance of 14,12 feet to a point <br />on southerly right-of-way line of Brookpazk Road, 160 feet wide and the north <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001; <br />Thence South 32° 17' 44" West, a distance of 42.45 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 78° 24' 28" West, a distance of 11737 feet to a point on the <br />southerly property line of PP No. 237-21-001 and the northerly property line of <br />PP No. 237-21-010; <br />T'hence North 89° 33' 49" West, a distance of 19.32 feet along the southerly <br />property line of PP No. 237-21-001 to the Principal Place of Beginning of the <br />easement herein described and containing about 0.0372 acres (1622 sq. ft.) of <br />land, more or less but subject to all legal highways, easements and restrictions of <br />record as surveyed by Adache-Ciuni-Lynn Associates, Joseph R.
