<br />The said easement is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right <br />to construct, maintain and operate a sewer together with the necessary manholes for the <br />transportation of stormwater with the unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of <br />ingress and egress, on, over and through said land for all purposes necessary and incident <br />to the construction, operation and maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or <br />remove the same. <br />The Grantor hereby restricts said premises within the limits of the above described <br />easement against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any buildings, <br />structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said storm <br />sewer whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise <br />interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and <br />prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing <br />premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved and permitted <br />usage shall include inter " landscaping, parking of vehicles within the regulations set <br />forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving, sidewalks and the maintenance thereof. <br />Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforesaid premises except as to the rights <br />herein granted; and Grantee does hereby agree to hold and save the said Grantor harmless <br />for any and all damages azising from its use of the right, easement, and right-of-way <br />herein granted and agree to maintain, restore to its original condition, and keep free from <br />nuisance, said right-of-way and pay any damage or damages Grantors through Grantee's <br />use, occupation, and possession of the rights herein granted.
