STORM SEWER EASEMENT <br />FROM <br />L. R& N. J. KEADEY <br />VOLUME 14814, PAGE 895 <br />PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 232-02-006 <br />TO <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PARCEL NO. S-2 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and known as <br />being part of Sublot No. 30 in the Porter Road Acre Tracts Subdivision of part of Original <br />Dover Township Lot Nos. 4 and 14 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 111 of <br />Maps, Page 22 of the Cuyahoga Country Records. Said parcel is further bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a monument at the intersection of the centerlines of <br />Lansing Drive (60 feet wide), Berkshire Drive (60 feet wide), Hampton <br />Drive (60 feet wide), and Devon Drive (60 feet wide), said point being <br />Station 8+74.81 on the centerline of Lansing Drive; <br />T'hence North 28° 45' 27" West, along the centerline of Lansing Drive, <br />a distance of 267.87 feet to an angle point at Station 11+42.68. <br />Thence North 00° 06' 40" East, continuing along the centerline of Lansing <br />Drive, a distance of 1227.32 feet to a point at Station 23+70.00; <br />Thence North 89° 53' 20" West, perpendicular to the centerline of Lansing <br />Drive, a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way line <br />of Lansing Drive (80 feet wide), said point being 40.00 feet left of <br />Station 23+70.00 on the centerline of Lansing Drive and also being known <br />as the southeast corner of Sublot No. 30 and further being known as the <br />True Place of Beginning for the parcel herein described; <br />Thence continuing North 89° 53' 20" West, along the southerly property <br />line of Sublot No. 30, a distance of 395.60 feet to the southwest corner <br />of Sublot No. 30; <br />Thence North 00° 06' 40" East, along the westerly property line of Sublot <br />No. 30 and parallel to the centerline of Lansing Drive, a distance of 16.00 <br />feet to a point on the westerly property line of Sublot No. 30; <br />
