. , ?. PERMANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT RETAIL TODAY-N. OLMSTED, LIlVIITED, the Grantor, for and in consideration of valuable consideration received to its full satisfaction which it hereby acknowledges, does hereby grant unto THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, a municipal corporation, the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, a perpetual twenty (20) feet wide easement for Right-of-Way Storm Sewer purposes on and under the following described lands owned by the Grantor, said easement being a part of Permanent Parcel No. 237-9- 1, situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of original Dover Township Lot No. 30 and more fully described as follows: Starting at the monument box located in the Lorain Road and Clague Road intersection, South 21° 39' 06" East, 394.29 ft. to a monument box located in Clague Road (60 feet wide); Thence North 89° 58 28" East, 41.23 feet to the southwest corner of Permanent Parcel 237-9-1, being the east right-of-way line for Clague Road and also being the principal place of beginning; Thence North 89° 58' 28" East, 182.80 feet along the south property line of Permanent Parce1237-9-1 to the southeast corner of Permanent Parce1237-9-1; Thence North 00° 45' 31" East, 20.00 feet along the east line of Permanent Parcel 237-9-1 to a point on said east property line; Thence South 89° 58 28" West, 199.48 feet to a point on the east property line of Permanent Parce1237-9-1, also being the east right-of-way line for Clague Road; Thence South 20° 45' OS" East, 4.08 feet to a point on said east property line of Permanent Parce1237-9-1; Thence South 43° 15' OS" East, 22.23 feet to the southeast corner of Permanent Parcel 237-9-1, being the principal place of beginning As represented in a drawing marked Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
