<br />hereof. <br /> <br />together with the right and privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of <br />construction, repair, maintenance, replacement, inspection, and survey of said sewers and <br />appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said perpetual easement and right-of-way unto the said Grantee, <br />its successors and assigns forever. The said Grantor itself, and its successors and assigns, hereby <br />covenant with the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, that it is the lawful owner of said <br />premises and has full power to grant, bargain, sell, convey and release the same in the manner <br />aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against all claims. <br />The said easement is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right to <br />construct, maintain and operate a sewer, together with the necessary manholes, for the <br />transportation of storm water, with unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of ingress and <br />egress, on, over and through said land; for all purposes necessary and incident to the operation <br />and maintenance of the sewer; and, from time to time, to alter, replace, repair or remove the <br />sewer. Upon completion of construction and installation of the sewer, Grantee shall restore the <br />premises to its original condition. Grantee shall maintain the sewer and appurtenances thereto, <br />and defend and hold Grantor harmless for any mechanic's liens resulting therefrom and from any <br />damages, losses, expenses, suits, claims or causes of action arising from or occasioned by the <br />existence of said easement. <br />The Grantor hereby agrees to restrict the use of said premises within the limits of the <br />above described easements against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto of any <br />buildings, structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said storm <br />sewer whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise interfering <br />
