MUSIAL <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH RWL ARCHITECTS, <br />INC. TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF <br />FIRE STATION NO. 2 ROOF IMPROVEMENTS AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended that the services of the firm of RWL <br />Architects, Inc. be hired to accomplish the aforesaid services due to their expertise in this <br />field; <br />WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Mayor, this Council does hereby <br />express its desire to have the Mayor enter into a contract with said firm for and on behalf <br />of the City. <br />NOW, TFEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into an agreement with RWL, Inc. to provide architectural services for the design of <br />the Fire Station No. 2 Roof Improvements. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the reason that it is immediately necessary to proceed with the architectural services for <br />this project and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSE (_) /? / <br />TEST: ??'??/' ](?/J <br />Zt.[.?Ld-C,/ iJ ` ' J <br />?Barbara L.
