Generai Conditions: <br />a. Work will ngi be subcontracted without prior consent to the City in writing. <br />b. Ng services will be perfortned without prior consent. <br />c. Key Personnel to perform services: <br />1. Ronald M. Landig, Principal <br />2. Wiiliam Belloma, Project Manager, CAD 14 operator. <br />d. City of North Olmsted witl be indemnified by our Firm, RWL• <br />e. Scope of Work m be amended by mutuai agreement. <br />f. Third party arbitrator is acceptable to mediate disputes, expense shared. <br />2. Pre-Design Services: <br />a. Our Firm will thoroughly "Field Measure" existing conditions, obtain dimensions, heights, <br />roof penetrations, wall bearing dimensions, etc. Prepare a demolition draining and as- <br />built drawing from on-site fieid measurements. <br />b. We wiil request that the City fumish existing drawings, Architectural, MEP's if available. <br />(There were (2) identicai stations constructed in the City. No.2 was erected in 1956.) If <br />no drawings are available, BM wiN obtain Storm Sewer info from the Engineering <br />Department. I <br />c. Preliminarv Budqet ! Schedule: <br />1. We are submitting a breakdown and preliminary estimate based on the proposed <br />sketch which inciudes a wood trussed roof system from front to rear and omitting the <br />existing 4" steel past dividing the (2) Bay Overhead Doors.
