CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Ordinance No. 98-62 SECTION 7: Vacation Entitlement a. Full-time employees who have completed one full year of employment are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the second year of employment. b. Full-time employees who have completed two full years of employment are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the third year of employment. c. Full-time employees who have completed three full years of employment are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the fourth year of employment. d. Full-time employees who have completed four full years of employment are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the fifth year of employment. e. Full-time employees who have completed five full years of employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the sixth year af employment. f. Full-time employees who have completed six full years of employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the seventh year of employment. g. Full-time employees who have completed seven full years of employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the eighth year of employment. h. Full-time employees who have completed eight full years of employment are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shatl be taken during the ninth year of employment. i. Full-time employees who have completed nine full years of ernployment are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the tenth year of employment. j. Full-time employees who have completed ten full years of employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the eleventh year of employment.
