CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Ordinance No. 98-62 <br />SECTION 4: Longevity Benefits <br />That there is an established longevity benefit for all full-time salaried employees <br />which shall be as follows: <br />All fu11-time salaried employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line having <br />completed five (5) years of full-time continuous service as employees of said bus line or <br />having been transferred from some other department by administrative appointment shall <br />be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary until they have <br />completed their tenth (1 Oth) year of continuous full-time service. After completing the <br />tenth (lOth) year and prior to completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full- <br />time service, they shall be paid five percent (5%) of the base annual salary. After <br />completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of continuous service and prior to completion of <br />their twentieth (20th) year of continuous service, they shall be paid six percent (6%) of the <br />base annual salary. After completion of the twentieth (20th) year of continuous service, <br />they shall be paid seven percent (7%) of the base annual salary. These payments shall be <br />longevity increments and shall be paid and computed by the Finance Department of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity <br />increments as hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be give for part-time service, but such <br />limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for <br />part-tirne service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due <br />them for part-time service employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 5: Uniform Allowance <br />A. Zone Supervisor - Annual allowance $520.00 as of January, 1998. <br />B. Maintenance Manager and Assistant Maintenance Manager - Maxirnum change <br />of five (5) sets of laundered work clothing each week and $150.00 as of January, 1998 for <br />purchasing safety work shoes. <br />SECTION 6: Paid Holidavs <br />1. New Years Day <br />2. Memorial Day (Observed) <br />3. Independence Day <br />4. Labor Day <br />5. Thanksgiving Day <br />6. Christmas Day <br />7. Employment Anniversary Date <br />8. Employee's Birthday <br />9. Floating Holiday <br />10. Floating Holiday <br />11. Flaating Holiday <br />12. Easter <br />(9,10,11 and 12 may be paid for or taken) <br />
