The projext included the <br />construction of new offices, laboratories, and the development of site utilities and 12 <br />acres of site storage. <br />Mr. Adams has also worked extensively in construction management. His experience includes <br />constructability review of design documents, cornract negotiations, change order evaluation, <br />development and monitoring of project scheduling, construction inspection, assessment of bid <br />packa,ging to meet local construction market conditions, bid review and analysis, shop <br />drawings/submittal review, cost estimating and budget analysis, partnering and review of contractor's <br />pay requests. <br />Mr. Adams has managed the construction of various projects which include: <br />° Overlay and grooving of main runway 5L-23 and installation of High Intensity lights <br />at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. <br />° Main Public Library, Cleveland Ohio -$90 million: Urban development of a ten story <br />library facility with 200,000 square feet. <br />° British Petroleum Headquarters (BP) -$200 million: Construction of a 45 story <br />office structure with 1.5 million square feet. <br />° Justice Center II, Cleveland, Ohio -$50 million: Development of a downtown site <br />for the renovation of the existing Justice Center Complex and the construction of a <br />13 story, 480 bed jail facility. <br />° Resident Designer: Grafton Correctional Institution, Grafton, Ohio -$25 million: 40 <br />acres of site and infrastructure development for a 500 bed medium security <br />correctional facility; construction included eight building. <br />° Elkton Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, Ohio -$90 million: 125 acres of site <br />and infrastructure development, construction of 14 buildings with 500,000 square <br />feet. <br />Mr. Adams is familiar with various engineering computer programs such as COGO Primavera and <br />CPM Scheduling. <br />PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: <br />1980, Civil Engineering <br />
