, <br />Ordinance No. 98-39 <br />Page 2 <br />Section 5: Any employee of the city who is found to be in violation of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to dismissal from employment with the city, <br />subject however to all applicable rules of the Civil Service Commission. <br />Section 6: That it is found and deternuned that all formal actions of the Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this Ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all deliberation of this Council and of any of its <br />corrunittees that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised <br />Code. <br />Section 7: That this Ordinance shall be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: <br />Attest: <br />Barbara L.
