The salaries of all employees of the Division of Aging shall be established by the Director of Human <br />Resources and the Mayor. <br />SECTION 14: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective no earlierthan January 1st <br />of the respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a <br />bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 15: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective Director, all full-time administrative <br />and legislative personnel, with the excep#ion of those holding Elected or Director positions, listed in this <br />Ordinance will be paid time and one-half of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess of <br />eight (8) hours in any one day; and time and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in <br />excess of forty (40) hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to said employees for <br />Sundays and Holidays provided they have worked at least forty (40) hours during the work week. <br />SECTION 16: That all fult-time administrative and legislative personnel listed in this Ordinance, with the <br />exception of Directors, having completed five (5) years of full-time service as an employee of the city <br />shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of <br />their tenth (10th) year of full-time service after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) of <br />6 <br />
