Effective January 1, 1998 and through the life of this Agreement, all <br />bargaining unit members holding the rank of Lieutenant shall maintain a ten and one half <br />(10.5%) percent differential between their base rate of pay and the base rate of pay of the <br />highest paid bazgaining unit member holding the ranlc of Sergeant. <br />7.6 Effective January 1, 1998 and through the life of this Agreement, all <br />bargaining unit members holding rank of Captain sha11 maintain a ten and one half <br />(10.50%) percent differential between their base rate of pay and the base rate of pay of the <br />highest paid bargaining unit member holding the rank of Lieutenant. <br />7.7 Detective Bureau Pay: Any full-time employee shall, while on duty as a <br />Plainclothes Detective or Juvenile Officer, be paid additional compensation at the <br />rate of $1,560.00 for the life of the contract <br />7.8 Evidence Technician Pay: Any bargain.i.ng unit meanber shall, while on <br />duty as an Evidence Technician be paid additional compensation at the rate of <br />$780.00 for the life of the contract.
