all required courses. <br />7.9 Shift differential: Effective January 1, 1998, all bargaining unit members <br />shall receive a shift differential in the amount of $35 cents per hour for the years 1998, <br />1999, and 2000. Shift differential shall be paid to bargaining unit members assigned to <br />the second (1600 to 2400) shift, third (2400 to 0800) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift <br />respectively. <br />7.10. Field Training Officers: Any bargaining unit member, upon being selected <br />as a field tirraining officer sha11 be paid additional compensation at the rate of Three <br />Hundred Twelve Dollars ($ 312.00) per year for the duration of this Agreement. <br />Compensation shall be paid inciusive of a11 time spent in any and all courses required by <br />the employer. <br />7.11 S.W.A.T.Bomb Technicians: Any bargaining unit member who is assigned <br />to the S.W.A.T. andfor Bomb Technician Units shall be paid additional compensation at <br />the rate of Two Hundred Fifly Dollars. ($ 250.00) annually for the duration of this <br />Agreement Compensation shall be paid upon completion of all required courses. <br />ARTICLE 8 <br />LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.1. All full-time sworn employees shall receive longevity pay as additional <br />compensation computed on annual salary as follows: <br />40/o after employee completes 5 yeaus <br />5% after employee completes 10 years <br />6% after employee completes 15 years <br />70/o after employee completes 20 years <br />(10) <br />
