Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens <br />Reimbursabie Expenses Out-of-pocket expense costs incurred throuqh the project are <br />included in the basic senrices compensation, exxcept for additional <br />copies of the final drawings and project manuats in excess of the <br />fifteen required copies. <br />Supplemen#al Services The services outlined in this proposal are consiciered basic to the <br />accomplishment o# the project and include the total scope of work <br />as envisioned by the consultant team af the autset. Should other <br />services be required during the course of the project, they will be <br />provided at the request of the City of North Oimsted, as needed. <br />Any service not specifically indicated in this proposal will be <br />considered a supplemental service and charqecf in acdition to the <br />fees outlined for basic services. Supptemental Service fees are <br />charged on an hourly rate fee basis in accerdance with the <br />consultanYs standard rates outfined in the following schedule.
