<br />Schmidt Copeland Parker Steveils <br />TERMS OF SERVICE Services outiined in this proposal are considered basic to the <br />successful completion of the proposed praject. Ido other service <br />requirements are an#icipated at this time, uniess specificafly <br />indicated in the supplemental service section. Services may be <br />added or deleted during the course of the prooct as rteeded by the <br />mutual agreement of the City of North Olmsted and Schmidt <br />Copeland Parker Stevens to meet specific project requirements. <br />Service additions or deletions may be refleeted in a corresponding <br />adjustment to the basic compensation. Any service not <br />specifically indicated or implied in this proposal will be provided <br />only upon expressed written request and compensated for as a <br />supplemental service. <br />The City of North Olmsted's The Ciry of North Olmsted will be responsible for appointing a <br />Responsibilities representative, with the authority to monitor the design process <br />and approve all consultant work throughout the project. This <br />proposal is based on the assumption that the City's administrative <br />personnel and ather key staff wiA be available as nesded ta serve <br />as resource people for this project on an "as-needed" basis. They <br />will also be responsible for providing all necessary project <br />information and data, including a complete outiine of <br />requirements, and all-available existing conditions drawings, and <br />background research. <br />Compensation Professional services wlll be compensated on a stipulated, fixed <br />sum of Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($13,750.00). <br />BASIC SERVICES <br />Architectural <br />Pre-Design $ 1,250 <br />Schematic Design 1,500 <br />Construction Documents 4,500 <br />Bidding 250 <br />Construction 1,250 <br />Engineering 2,500 <br />Hazardous Materials Investigation 2.500 <br />TOTAL $ 13,750 <br />Fees are based on the scale, complexity, and schedule <br />requirements of the project as reffected in the services outlined in <br />this proposal.
