<br />Schmidt Copeland Parker Sterells <br />RICHARD T. PARKER AIA Richard Parker joined the firm in 1982, and has been a principal <br />Project Principal in the organization since 1984 and is currently the partner in <br />charge of architectural design. His twenty years of experiences <br />include all phases of architectural practice including pre-design, <br />design, and construction. His diverse background af project types <br />include public use (municipal, county, and state) faciljties, <br />recreational and educational facilities for private and not for profit <br />community service organizations, medical, large scale and single <br />family housing, and various development projects. These projects <br />involved new construction, additions, renovations, and <br />rehabilitation of historic structures. Mr. Parker's recent project <br />responsibilities include: Mooreland Education Center for Lakeland <br />Community College, Children's Nature Center for Lake <br />Metroparks, Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center, <br />and the Humphrey Park Sports Complex for the City of Cleveland. <br />He holds a degree in architecture from Keni State University, <br />where part of his education included study abroad. <br />CLAIRE E. DICKSON Claire, co-founder and partner of the firm, DICKSON Associates, <br />Project Designer Inc., with over 13 years of experience, has a technical background <br />in all phases of architectural dasign, construction documentation, <br />and field coordina#ion. Her expertise in graphics, iilustration and <br />photography brings an added dimension to her distinctive design <br />ability. In her position as design principal at DAI, Claire has <br />completed a wide variety of facilities. She has demonstrated an <br />unending commitment to architectural exceAence within this full <br />range of projects: recreational facilities, municipal buildings, health <br />care facilities, specialized housing, and institutional and commercial <br />buildings. Claire's love of the outdoors, along with her sensitivity to <br />people's needs, has given her a special insight into the need for <br />buildings that comptement the site, and meet the requirements of <br />the client. Claire holds a degree in Environments Design from <br />Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, where part of her education <br />included study abroad. She is a registered architect in the State of <br />Ohio. <br />MARK E. BENTON Mark's primary responsibilities are in project management, field <br />Project Manager observation, and construction contract administration. He has <br />participated in the development of several camp and conference <br />center projects across the country. As a project manager he also <br />produced contract documents and conducted site inspections for <br />a range of recreational and housing projects. He has developed <br />a thorough understanding of building code concerns with regard <br />to ADA compliance issues. He has worked elosely with contractors <br />to tailor individual project goals to bring them in-line with already <br />established budgets.
