During the bidding period, vae wi0 respond to all <br />contractor questions and prepare ctarEficatiQn or revisic>n drawings <br />as needed to fully explaFn the intent of the construction drawings. <br />Upon receipt of the bids by the City, we will assist the Ciry to <br />analyze submissions for completeness and compliance with the <br />form of a proposal. <br />construction contrect administration <br />We will be available to meet with the City and contractors when <br />required and also be available to address any questions and <br />process any required submittals during the construction period. <br />Engineering Services The architectural services outlined above will be supplemented by <br />the services of a professional engineering firm with estabtished <br />experience in the design of plumtting and electrical systems. <br />If other engineers or special consultant services are required <br />during the course of the project or the City should decide to <br />include the services of other specialists who are not identified in <br />this proposal, these services will be incorporated in the scope of <br />work as needed, and approved as a supplemental services. <br />Hazardous Materials As architects we are not qualified to provide testing or analysis of <br />hazardous materials which may exist. For this project, due to the <br />age of the existing improvements, we recammend that a testing <br />service be employed to investigate the areas where renovation is <br />planned.
