<br />SCOPE <br />OF SERVICES A. PRELIMINARY PLAN PREPARATION <br />During the preparation of this phase of work the Consulting Team <br />shatl perform the following scope of services: <br />Program Review - The Consulting Team shall meet with the Owner <br />for a frnal review of the program as outlined in the RFP. <br />Field Analysis - The Consulting Team shall physically perform an <br />on-site field analysis of the existing Building. Especially the existing <br />plumbing drainage system, water service, pressures and possible <br />Asbestos Containment if required during demolition. <br />Innut Meetina - Once the Consulting Team has prepared base <br />sheets, collected data and program information from the Owner and <br />conducted the Field Analysis, the consulting Team shall canduct one <br />(1) meeting to further glean the needs and desires for the <br />Development Plan. <br />Preliminarv Pians - Preparation of several Preliminary Schemes at <br />proper scale; incorporating the scope of items noted above and <br />input reflective of ineetings with assigned Owner Representative. <br />Estimates - Preliminary cost estimates will be submitted for review, <br />also, value engineering costs for either improvements or reductions <br />to suggested materials, finishes, etc. <br />B. FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />During this phase of the study the Consulting Team shall perform the <br />following scope of services: <br />Final Develonment Plan - Further refinement of the scaled plan <br />based on input received to date. <br />Cost Estimate - As final plans are prepared, the Consulting Team <br />shall prepare one (1) cost estimate for all construction improvements <br />called for on the Final Development Plans. <br />Inl2ut_Meetina - Presentation and review of the Plan by the <br />Consulting Team with the Owner or Representatives. <br />
