? <br />Pvge +Ml! <br />ro?ntew <br />IDUCATION: <br />B.S., Civil Engineering, 1962 <br />EXPERIENCE: <br />Mr. Saini has been responsible for ft design and project management of a wide variety of majOr <br />civil engineering projects, with an emphasis on freeways, highways and bridges, utility design <br />arxi celocation, site developrrient, drainage, storm sewer design, and right-of-way. <br />Representative projects: <br />• Ptoject Manager: Preliminary ard final design of Edgewater Park Improvernents in <br />Clevetand, for tte Ohio Deparanent of Natural Resources. Work included hike and <br />bike trails, parking, access roads and utiliaes. <br />• Project Manager: Danvitle Expressway (Route 265) in Danville, Virginia for <br />cte Virginia Deparcment of Transponation. Mr. Saini was activeiy invotved in <br />the design of major eienrents of this new rural and urban 4-lane limiwd access Route <br />265, approximazely 9-miles long, connecting U.S. Route 58 w U.S. Route 29 (em <br />of the City of Danville) in Pittsylvania County. The responsibility included <br />grading of two interchanges and drainage design of cross-culverrs, median artd side <br />ditches, iruerc}ange drainage, storm sewer design at relocated crossroads in urban <br />area, deoerntinavon of wacerway openings at major structures, erosion control, <br />reoention basins and recommended trearment for wedands. <br />• Project Engineer: Twenty-four mile section of Illinois State Route 410 ircluding <br />alurnate route alignmenc studies, deoermining waterway openings for major <br />structures and preliminary design report. <br />? Project Engineer: Alignment swdy and design reporc presenting four feasibie <br />cotridor routes for ane and a half mile relocation of Stam Route 164 in Carnoll <br />Cauuy, Ohio. The report incorporatod analyses and rwommmiation for multi-span <br />bridges, along with flood ptain studies, impacang property acquisition, and an <br />estimmed conparison of costs. The completed consauction plans ircluded roadway <br />plan and profiles, drainage design, suucwre plans, right-of-way drawings and cost <br />estimates. <br />
