The <br />exissting 12" water line, which sac in the middle of tlx road, did not have enough of r,te milirnm <br />allovved cover in the new Richmond Road design. T'tC solution was to totaUy retvcate tlx line and <br />its service connections w residences, institudons, and hydrants. <br />Right-oi-Way plans were developed for eleven ptopeny ownecs. Overall, eleven warrazity deEds, <br />eleven temporary easmnents, and seven sewer easements were developeti. All areas and beuings <br />, for easements and properry parcels were calculat,ed?using AdCadd Civil Release 12 softwace. <br />Polytech, Inc. as prime corsulcant also supervised and managed the tield survey and geotechnicai <br />consuitants. <br />The finat drawings included: <br />• Roadway Plans <br />• Maintenance of Traffic P(ans <br />• Traffic Control Plans <br />• Stocm Water Pollution Plans <br />• Water Work Plans <br />• 5attitary Sewer Plans <br />• Drainage Plans <br />• Right-of-Way Plans <br />Specifications and final construction cost estimates were prepared and submitted with the final <br />drawings.
