<br />AN ORDINANCE 'I'O TRANSFER AND MAKE APPRppRIATIONS FOR CITRREN'I'
<br />EXPENSES AND 0'I'f-TER EXPENDIT[TRES FOR 'I'HE CITY OF NORTfi OIMSTED
<br />FOR THE YEAR IIVDINC, DECENBER 31, 1990.
<br />Whereas: Counci.l wishes to appropriate 13,000 of the Motor
<br />Vehicle License Tax Fund's unappropriated balance for ar increase in
<br />the Sunset Oval construction costs;
<br />Whereas: Council wishes to transfer certain other appropriations
<br />for the current year ending December 31, 1990.
<br />NOW, TfEREFORE, BE IT OP,DAINED RY 'I'HE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED,
<br />COLIN'I'Y OF CLJYAHOGA, AND THE STA'I'E OF OHIO:
<br />SF,CPION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures of said City of North Olmsted during the year ending
<br />Dece.mber 31, 1990, that the following sums be and they are hereby
<br />setaside and appropriated as follows:
