Maintenance Foreman <br />19,350 <br />TO <br />15,700.00 Annually <br />34,400.00 Annually <br />F. The salary specified in Section 13 A- E shall be established by the <br />Director of Public Safety and the Mayor. <br />SECTION 14: That all ranges and amounts established for the year <br />1991, will be effective retroactive to January l, 1991. Salaries specified <br />in this ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly <br />basis. <br />SECTION 15: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective <br />Director, all full-time administrative and legislative personnel, with the <br />exception of those holding Elected or Director positions, listed in this <br />ordinance will be paid time and one-half of their straight time rates of <br />pay for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day and time <br />and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess <br />of forty (40) hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to <br />said employees for Sundays and Holidays provided they have worked at least <br />forty (40) hours during the work week. <br />SECTION 16: That all full-time administrative and legislative <br />personnel listed in this Ordinance having completed five (5) years of full- <br />time service as an employee of the City and/all previous service as an <br />elected public official within the City shall be considered full-time for <br />the purpose of calculating longevity; shall be paid an additional four <br />percent (4%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of <br />their tenth (lOth) year of full-time service after which such employee <br />shall receive five percent (S%) of their base annual salary; thereafter <br />until completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of full-time service, such <br />employee shall receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary until <br />after the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of full-time service, and <br />during each year of full-time service thereafter, they shall receive seven <br />percent (7%) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 17: That all full-time administrative and legislative <br />personnel listed within this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays <br />off, unless required to work by their supervisor or the Mayor in <br />emergencies, and shall receive their regular rate of pay; New Year's Day; <br />President's Day; one-half (1/2) day on Good Friday; Memorial Day; <br />Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (1/2) day on <br />Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; one-half (1/2) day on New Year's Eve Day; <br />the employee's birthday; and a floating holiday. <br />SECTION 18: That all full-time administrative and legislative <br />personnel listed within this ordinance shall be entitled to an annual <br />vacation in accordance with the vacation ordinance. All previous <br />service as an elected City public official within the City shall be <br />considered full-time for the purpose of calculating vacation. <br />6
