_ , _ ?.... ...+?' <br />, i, <br />ORDINANCE #90-164 <br />SECTION 19: That all full-time administrative and legislative non <br />bargaining unit personnel shall receive one (1) eight (8) hour day off with <br />pay or may elect to be paid for one (1) eight (8) hour day, for each six <br />(6) months of unused sick leave. <br />SECTION 20: That all ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances <br />or resolution in conflict herewith are hereby repealed with the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 21: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the further reason it is immediately necessary <br />to review all pay scales and bring them into line due to inflation and cost <br />of living increases, and further, provided it received the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: COMMITTEE: <br />I <br />.? <br />Barbara Sem , Acting Clerk of Council James Boehme , President of Council <br />APPROVED: /y 91 <br />? <br />Mayor Ed Boy e <br />First Reading: 13141qo <br />Second Reading: ///.F" <br />-? <br />Third Reading: <br />7
