Legal advertisements for <br />bids shall include the wording "AN EQUAL OPPORTiJ1vITY EMPLOYER," <br />and equal opportunity clauses shall be included in a11 major single purchase <br />orders, leases and contracts for ten thousand dollars ($10, 000. 00) or more. <br />(f) The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to post, or have posted, a copy of <br />this section, together with a copy of the Affirmative Action Program Booklet, <br />on all departmental bulletin boards; to forward copies of this section and the <br />Booklet to a11 department heads; and to make available, upon request, copies <br />of this section and the Booklet to all employees of the City. <br />(Ord. 77-82.
