<br />REVOCABLE LICENSING AGREEMENT
<br />THIS AGREEMENT, made at North Olmsted, Ohio, this day of
<br />, 1990, by and between the City of North Olmsted, an.Ohio municipal
<br />corporation ("City"), and Woodpath Garden Club, an Ohio non-profit corporation
<br />("Woodpath"). Whenever any party is referred to herein, it shall be construed to include
<br />its officers, agents, employees, trustees, councilpersons, successors and assigns.
<br />WHEREAS, Woodpath has requested the City grant it a license to install, maintain
<br />-ind (if so directecl) remove signage and appurtenent landscaping upon property owned by
<br />the City in accord with specifications and drawings to be approved by the City; and
<br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to and by these presents intend to delineate and
<br />determine the rights, obligations, duties and liabilities of each.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual
<br />promises hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
<br />1. City grants Woodpath a limited revocable license to install an entranceway
<br />sign and landscaping upon land owned by the City, generally described as being:
<br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and
<br />known as being part of Original Dover Township Lots Nos. 17 and 18, bounded and
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning on thhe center line of Columbia Road (formerly Hall Road), 60 feet wide,
<br />at its intersecton with the Northerly line of said Original Lot No. 18; thence
<br />Southeasterly, along the center line of Columbia Road, 18.68 feet to the
<br />Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Laurits S. Nielson, by Deed dated April
<br />17, 1943 and recorded in Volume 6504, Page 470 of Cuyahoga County Records;
<br />thence Westerly, along teh Northerly line of land so conveyed, 515.98 feet to the
<br />Northwesterly corner thereof; thence Southerly, along the Westerly line of land so
<br />conveyed, and along the Southerly prolongation thereof (said last described line
<br />being along the Easterly line of Root Road Proposed, 60 feet wide), 295.47 feet to
<br />the Northerly line of land conveyed to James Jenkins, by Deed dated April 17, 1889
<br />and recorded in Volume 467, Page 172 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence
<br />Westerly, along the Northerly line of land conveyed to James Jenkins, as aforesaid,
<br />and by Deed dated May 16, 1907 and recorded in Volume 1087, Page 150 of
<br />Cuhahoga County Records, to the Easterly line of land conveyed to James Jenkins,
<br />by Deed dated April 22, 1895 and recorded in Volume 598, Page 363 of Cuyahoga
<br />County Records; thence Northerly, along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to
<br />James Jenkins as last aforesaid, to the Northerly line of said Original Lot No. 17;
<br />thence Easterly, along the Northerly line of said Original Lots Nos. 17 and 18, to the
<br />place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
