SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City. SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described land from Single Residence B District to General Retail Business District, and that said parcel of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 4: That the applicant for rezoning, which is the subject matter of the within ordinance, has heretofore agreed to have the declaration of restrictions impressed against the subject property upon the passage of the within ordinance. Said declaration of restrictions is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". SECTION 5: That, in addition to the Engineer of the City being required to carry out the provisions of Section 3 hereof, he shall also cause to be recorded with the Cuyahoga County Recorder's Office, the declaration of re- strictions specified in Section 4 hereof.
