....., ...,-.:.?....?...._ .. _ _.. .. .M..?....?.....w?? , <br />. . • ?, <br />SCHEDULE D 1?` <br />(Commercial and Industrial Establishments) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968, except as <br />hereinafter provided, the following tap-in charges shall be applicable, <br />depending upon the size of the water meter installed or to be installed: <br />Water Meter Size (Inches) Charge <br />5/8 $ 702.00 <br />3/4 1,055.00 <br />1 1,580.00 <br />1-1/2 2,808.00 <br />2 4,212.00 <br />However, if the water to be used on the premises is not and will <br />not be measured by a water meter, the Service Director shall, on the <br />basis of accepted engineering practices and, further, on the basis of <br />requirements of similar or comparable establishments, determine the <br />size of a water meter that would be required to serve the premises. <br />The meter size so determined shall be used in calculating the charge <br />under the foregoing Schedules B and D." <br />Be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as <br />follows: <br />(b) Schedule of Ta -In Charge Rates. The Service Director <br />shall not issue a permit for the purpose described in subsection <br />(a) hereof until the applicant for such permit shall have deposited <br />in cash, or by certified check payable to the City, a tap-in charge <br />to be determined in accordance with the following schedules, which <br />are based upon standard costs of constructing a sewer designed to <br />provide immediate local sewer service, except in the case of those <br />sewers for the sanitary sewer system where an aggregate assessment <br />equivalent to the cost of constructing an eight-inch sewer, less <br />the City's portion of such cost, has been levied or will be made <br />pursuant to appropriation proceedings. <br />SCHEDULE A <br />(Residential) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968: <br />Single-family residence. <br />$702.00 Base Charge <br />For single-family residence <br />location lots where the frontage <br />exceeds sixty feet, an additional <br />an additional charge of $11.70 per <br />foot far each foot in excess of <br />six feet. Multiple-family residences, <br />including apartments. <br />$450.00 base charge for each <br />family unit if there are not <br />more than two family units; <br />$425.00 base charge for each <br />family unit if there are more <br />than two, but not more than <br />four family ynits, and $400.00 <br />for each family unit if there <br />are more than four family units. <br />- 3 -
