SR 252 DATE <br />An emergenay ordinance enaated by the City of North Olmsted ? <br />County of Cuy??, , Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described <br />improvement and to request aoopdration by the Direotor of Transportatlon, <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified the need for and proposes the <br />improvernent of the publia highway whioh 1s desaribed as follaws; <br />Widon, reaonstruat, and resurface Great Northern Boulevard (SR 252) <br />trcm IR 4$0 to Lorain Road (SR 10) in the City of North Olmsk"ed, a <br />distance of 0.77 miles more or less. <br />said port?on oP highway within the municipal corporation 1lmits being <br />hereinat'ter rePe'rred to as the improvement, and <br />WHEREAS, the C1ty Purther desires aooparation from the Di,reotor of <br />Tranaportation in the planning, design, and conatruction of said <br />improvement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the City of <br />tJorth Olmated <br />Obio: <br />SEGTION IA (Previous Counoil Aation) <br />The City does hereby resaind Ordinanae No. 89-101 enacted on <br />Deoeaiber 5, 1989 in oonjuriotion with the subjeot improvement. <br />SECTIOtt IB (Cooperation) <br />That the C1ty hereby requests the oooperatlon of the Direotor of <br />Tran$portation in ths oost oP the above dazaribed improvement as follows; <br />The City doea hereby agree to provida oonstruotion oontraat plans <br />at ontirely its own oost and expense Whioh ahall be the City's <br />total partioipation in the aost and expanse oP the improvement. <br />In addition, the City agraes to assume and bear one hundred parcent <br />(100x) of the ooat of any Work inoluded in the oonstruction <br />aontreat, at the rsquest of the City, whioh is determined by the <br />Direotor not to be part oP or made necessary by tha iaoprovement. <br />SECTIOH II (Consent) <br />, That it is doalared to be 1n the publio intere$t that the consent of <br />said City be and suvh oon$ent ia hereby gi.ven to the Direotor of <br />, Tranaportation to eonatruot the above de3aribAd i.mgrcvemant, in aocordanee <br />witk; rlsns, speo1fiaations ttnd estimates ae aoprovec+ by the D±raetor. <br />, SECTION IIZ (Authority to Sip,n) <br />That the Mayor of sald City is hereby empowered and <br />direoted on behalP oP the City to enter into agreemants with tha Director of <br />Transportation neoessary to aomplete the planning and aonstruetion of this <br />improvement. <br />3ECTIOH I11 (TraPfio Control Si.gnals and Devices) <br />- That trafPio oontral devlaes install.ed within the limits of the pro ect <br />will oonPorm with Seotion 4511 of the Ohio Revisad Code. j <br />Page 1 of 3
