?? -00** 14vow I-WO,, FINAL COST and ONE-THIRD CERTIFICATE I certify that: 1. Based on actual construction costs for improving North Olmsted Industrial Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, curbing, paving and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, in accordance with Resolution No. 88-68 adopted June 21, 1988, the aggregate final cost of that improvement, ineluding the costs specified in Section 727.08 of the Revised Code and all other necessary expenditures and net of investment earnings, will be $1,010,000. 2. Pursuant to that resolution and Ordinance No. 88-69 passed June 21, 1988, no portion of that cost is to be allocated to the City and paid from City funds. The total cost is to be assessed in accordance with that resolution and ordinance. 3. The estimated special assessments filed pursuant to that resolu- tion and approved by that ordinance have been revised in the same proportion as the aggregate final cost has been increased from the estimated cost of the improvement as filed prior to the adoption of that resolution, and accordingly thP revised special assessments for this improvement aggregate in amount $1,010,000. Those revised special assessments were filed in my office on May 15, 1990. 4. No special assessment for the improvement, together with all other special assessments levied within a period of five years preceding the anticipated date of passage of the assessing ordinance for the improvement, exceeds one-third of the actual value of the property, including improvements thereon, as enhanced by the improvement.
