4 + , <br />5% after employee completes 10 years <br />6% after employee completes 15 years <br />7% after employee completes 20 years <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making <br />payments of longevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no <br />credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limitation <br />is the only exclusion for the purpose of computing longevity <br />increments, and the exclusion for part-time service shall not <br />deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due them <br />for part-time service as employees of the safety department. <br />Section 2. Employees hired after January l, 1990 shall <br />receive longevity in accordance with the following schedule: <br />$ 250.00 after employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 500.00 after'employee completes ten (10) years <br />$.750.00 after employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$1,000.00 after employee completes twenty (20) years <br />CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />ARTICLE XXX <br />Section 1. Effective July 20, 1989, all employees shall <br />receive an annual clothing allowance in the amount of three <br />hundred dollars ($300.00). This amount shall be paid on December <br />lst of each year. - <br />Section 2. Effective July 20, 1990 and each year there- <br />after, all employees shall receive an annual clothing allowance <br />in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). This <br />amount shall be paid on December ist of each year. <br />INSURANCE <br />ARTICLE XXXI <br />Section l. The City shall pay the full amount of <br />hospitaliztion costs for all full-time employees and their . <br />dependents with either Blue Cross and Medical Mutual <br />(Traditional, Preferred Care of HIKO) or the Raiser Community <br />Health Plan, or other comparable commercial health programs. Any <br />other commercial plan obtained by the Employer shall provide <br />benefits that are at least equal to or better than the current <br />health care plan: <br />-21-
