! <br />! AORk <br />? . ? <br />1.02 Flow Meters Operated by North Olmated. North.Olmsted shali <br />operate and maintain a master flow meter at the Esther Avenue point of entry <br />from ttie Service Area to the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer System to measure <br />the wastewater flow from the Service Area at that point of entry and a master <br />flow meter at the North Olmsted wastewater treatment plant to measure the <br />aggregate wastewater flow from all users of the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer <br />System to that plant. During one month of each year, North Olmsted shall <br />install, operate and maintain a temporary master flow meter at the Mastick <br />Road point of entry to measure the wastewater flow from the Service Area at <br />that point of entry during that month. The particular month of the year <br />during which the temporary master flow meter shall be in place shall be deter- <br />mined and agreed upon by the North Olmsted Engineer and the Fairview Park <br />Engineer. <br />North Olmsted shall read those meters at the times necessary to <br />compute the OM&R Charge (as defined in subsection 4.02) and to ensure <br />compliance with the terms of this Agreement and shall record and advise <br />Fairview Park of those readings. For purposes of determining compliance with <br />the limitations on wastewater flow from the Service Area set forth in <br />subsection 1.01, the wastewater flow from the Service Area shall be measured <br />using actual wastewater flow readings from the master flow meter at the Esther <br />Avenue point of entry and estimates of the wastewater flow at the Mastick Road <br />point of entry calculated bq multiplying the actual measured flow at the <br />Esther Avenue point of entry during the applicable period by a fraction the <br />numerator of whlch is One Month's Mastick Road Flow and the denominator of <br />which is One Month's Esther Avenue Flow, each as defined in subsection 4.04 <br />and as most recently determined prior to the measurement. <br />- 4 -
