j ? ...?,..??. <br />Each of the master flow meters shall be calibrated annually by an <br />engineer or firm of engineers, independent of North Olmsted and Fairview Park, <br />licensed by or permitted to practice in the state of Ohio, experienced in such <br />matters and acceptable to the City Engineer of North Olmsted ("North Olmsted <br />Engineer") and the City Engineer of Fairview Park ("Fairview Park Engineer"). <br />The cost of installing, operating, maintaining, replacing and calibrating <br />those meters shall be an expense of operation, maintenance and replacement of <br />the Joint Use Facilities for the purposes of Section 4.00. <br />1.03 Collection, Operation and Maintenance b Fairview Park. To the <br />extent that sewerage facilities have heretofore been, or may hereafter be, <br />provided by Fairview Park for the Service Area and wiil so permit, Fairview <br />Park sliall collect, transport and deliver to the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer <br />System all wastewater originating in the Service Area, subject to the peak <br />instantaneous flow rate and daily flow limit set forth in subsection 1.01. It <br />is understood and agreed that Fairview Park has, consistently with the pre- <br />ambles hereto, planned and constructed, and will plan, improve and construct, <br />its sewerage facilities for the Service Area as an integral part of the North <br />Olmsted sewer collection system. <br />Fairview Park shall provide, at its expense and in accordance with <br />the provisions of this Agreement, the necessary personnel, facilities and <br />equipment to operate, maintain and service the sanitary sewer collection <br />facilities constructed or to be constructed within the Service Area. <br />1.04 Rules and Regulations. By action of its Council, Fairview Park <br />shall maintain for the Service Area either (i) the same requirements, rules <br />and regulations that are maintained by North Olmsted within its corporate <br />boundaries relating to the use of sanitary sewers, the construction of <br />- 5 -
