The Agreement is hereby <br />file with the Clerk of Council, and <br />provided in the Agreement. <br />? <br />? <br />approved in substantially the form on <br />any Prior Agreement is superseded as <br />SECTION 2: The Mayor and the Director of Finance are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the Agreement and the Director of Law is <br />hereby authorized and directed to approve the Agreement, in substantialIy <br />the form now on file with the Clerk of Council, with onIy such changes <br />therein as are not substantialIy adverse to the City and are approved by <br />the Mayor, the Director of Finance and the Director of Law. The approval <br />of any such changes by the Mayor, the Director ot Finance and the Director <br />of Law, and the character of any such changes as not being substantially <br />adverse to the City, shaII be evidenced concIusively by the execution of <br />the Agreement by the Mayor and the Director of Finance and the approvaI ot <br />the Agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 3: This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, heaIth, <br />safety and welfare to this City and for the further reason that this ordi- <br />nance is required to be immediateIy effective to enable the City to imple- <br />ment the Agreement and begin collecting user charges in the Service Area in <br />accordance with the terms of the Agreement; wherefore, this ordinance <br />shaIl be in fulI force and effect immediateIy upon its passage and ap- <br />proval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED:_ aAA:EZ a <br />ATTEST: <br />G ? <br />FLORENCE E.
