,CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />PAGE TWO <br />E. After 988 hours of service or 3 years elapsed time, a part-time <br />employee, upon a satisfactory evaluation by his/her supervisors, will be <br />eligible to receive consideration for an increase in wages. <br />F. Certification Pay allows individuals base pay to be increased by <br />CPR-5¢, First Aid - 10¢ <br />Skill Test/Certification/Exp. 5-50¢ will be given for maintenance, <br />including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, mechanical. <br />Full-time employees salary ranges are as follows: <br />G. Bookkeeper B $13,000 to $19,000 Per Year <br />H. Head Cashier <br />I. Maintenance <br />J. Maintenance Foreman <br />K. Recreation Supervisor <br />(Tennis) <br />L. Recreation Supervisor I <br />M. Secretary <br />N. Assistant Director <br />0. Director <br />$12,500 to $18,200 Per Year <br />$13,000 to $21,000 Per Year <br />$18,500 to $32,300 Pe.r, Year <br />$ 7,280 to $15,000 Per Year <br />$15,500 to $24,000 Per Year <br />$12,500 to $23,470 Per Year <br />$22,000 to $34,200 Per Year <br />$30,000 to $40,000 Per Year <br />SECTION 2: That the salary ranges and amounts established for all full- <br />time employees for the year 1990 will be effective retroactive to January 1, 1990. <br />Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on <br />a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 3: That the Foremen listed in Section 1 hereof will be paid <br />time and.one-half of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess <br />of eight (8) hours in any one day and time and one-half of their straight time rate <br />of pay for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one work week. Double <br />time shall be paid to said employees for Sundays and Holidays provided they have <br />worked at least forty (40) hours during the work week. <br />SECTION 4: That all full-time administrative and legislative personnel <br />listed in the Ordinance having completed (5) five years of full-time continuous <br />service as employees of said department shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) <br />of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of the tenth (10) year of <br />full-time continuous service after which such employee shall receive five percent (5%) <br />of their base annual salary; thereafter until the completion of their fifteenth (15th) <br />year of full-time continuous service, such employee shall receive six percent (6%) of <br />their base annual salary until after the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of <br />full-time continuous service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter, <br />they shall receive seven percent (7q) of their base annual salary as longevity <br />increments. <br />SECTION 5: That all full-time administrative and legislative personnel <br />listed within this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays off, unless required <br />to work by their supervisor or the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive their <br />regular rate of pay: New Year's Day; President's Day; one-half (1/2) day on Good Friday; <br />Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (1/2) day on <br />Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and two floating holidays.
