( ? ?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />PAGE THREE <br />0 <br />SECTION 6: That all full-time employees as listed in Section I hereof <br />shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the vacation ordinance <br />adopted by Council. <br />SECTION 7: That all ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or <br />resolution in conflict herewith are hereby repealed with the effective date of <br />this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 8: That this Ordinance is hereby declaxed to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to review all <br />pay scales and bring them into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, <br />and further, provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Counci,l, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />JAMES B OEHMER <br />PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />COMMITTEE: <br />First Reading: 4 /6 , l99d <br />Second Reading: ??, (z1?j99o <br />Third Reading: ? <br />Committee: <br />----?--? <br />EDWARD BOYLE, MAYOR
