,. <br />? <br />r <br />AIK- ? <br />a) That the Organizational Chart for the Fire Department and the <br />personnel set forth in the Organization Chart shall consist of the <br />Chief of the Fire Deparment, who shall be in charge of the entire <br />department. <br />b) The Fire Chief shall also be in charge of a general duty uniform <br />roster, which shall consist of one Assistant Chief, four Captains, <br />six Lieutenants, and 28 Firemen. <br />c) The Fire Chief shall also be in charge of four Dispatchers. <br />SECTION 2: That the organization of the Fire Department shall consist <br />of not less than twenty (20) nor more than twentp-eight (28) sworn full- <br />time employees who are certified Paramedics. <br />SECTION 3: That the salaries for all members of the Fire Department <br />including Dispatchers, shall be established either by contract or separate <br />ordinance, which shall be approved by the City Council. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to <br />reorganize the administrative branch of government, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediatley upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />IIDRENCE CAMPBELL iPresident S D.
