Overtime <br />Overtime Pay <br />Paramedic Certification <br />Safety Director <br />?.. <br />? <br />-4- <br />Compensation based on continuous <br />loyal service to the Flnployer. <br />Longevity shall be computed on the <br />base salary and be: <br />4% after 5 years of continuous <br />service. <br />Sr after 10 years of continuous <br />service. <br />6% after 15 years of continuous <br />service. <br />7% after 20 years of continuous <br />service. <br />One twenty-four (24) consecutive <br />hour shift followed by forty-eight <br />hours off duty. Hoivever, for <br />reasons of shift transfer, trauvung, <br />Light Duty or emeroency disaster, <br />the Fire Chief may change an <br />Fmployee's work shifts to meet the <br />Fhployer's needs that are affected <br />by a shift transfer, training, <br />Light Duty or er.iergency disaster. <br />Any time worked in excess of eight <br />hours a day or in excess of.40 hours <br />per week by Fire Prevention <br />Persormel. In the case of Fire <br />Suppression Personnel, any time <br />worked in excess oi 24 hours in <br />a 72 hour period. <br />The rate of pay equal to one and <br />one half times the basic hourly <br />wage rate which includes Longevity <br />will be 2080 hours for the purpose <br />of overtime only. <br />That certification as awarded by the <br />State of Ohio in accordance with <br />Ohio Revised Code. <br />The individual occupying the <br />position of Safety Director of the <br />Fmployer from tirie to time.
