Seniority <br />Shift Captain <br />Si rk T,Pave <br />State Fnployment Relations Board <br />Treasurer <br />? <br />A position determined by continuous <br />service in the North Olmsted Fire <br />Departrnent from the date of <br />employment. Continuous service shall <br />be broken only by resignation, <br />discharge, retirement or leave of <br />absence for personal reasons. <br />Fmployees with the same employment <br />date shall be assigned seniority in <br />order of their rankirg on the Civil <br />Service eligibility list. <br />The individual designated as such <br />or his designee. <br />Absence due to personal illness, <br />injury or exposure to contagious <br />disease where quarantined by the <br />Board of Health, or illness in the <br />Immediate Far,u.ly. <br />The State Fmployment Relations Board <br />of the State of Ohio. <br />The individual occupying the <br />position of Treasurer of the⢠<br />Association from tirie to tir:ie. <br />ARTICLE II <br />RF.CCX;NTTION <br />The bnployer hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and <br />exclusive bargai.ning agent with respect to wages, hours, and other terms <br />and conditions of er.iployment for all full-ti?-ne Friployees in the Fire <br />Departr.ient who are rnembers of the Association or are represented by the <br />Association. A71 other Fmployees of the City of North Olmsted are <br />excluded from the bargaining unit. <br />ARTTCLE III <br />MANAGIIKQV'T'S RIGHTS <br />3.1 All matters pertaining to wages, hours, or terms and other <br />conditions of employment and the continuation, modification, or <br />deletion of an existing provision of a collective bargaining <br />agreement are subject to collective bargaining between the public <br />Fmployer and the exclusive representative, except as otherwise <br />specified. <br />-5-
