AP.TICLE X <br />OVERTINiE <br />10.1 The Fire Chief will be the final authority in deterr.Li.ning the need <br />for Overti.rie. <br />10.2 Overtime shall be paid in one-half hour increnents providing the <br />Employee remains on duty for the time paid when held over. <br />Enployees will receive two hours :ninir.nuz for Call Back. <br />10.3 Einployees may request payment of Overtime at any time. Fmployees <br />shall be paid for all t?vertine hours accuimulated in excess of <br />eighty hours on the next scheduled pay. <br />10.4 Any cash payr.lent for Overtine shall be paid at the rate of pay at <br />which it taas earned aftei: applying Lon?evity i.ncrenent applicable. <br />10.5 Upon pro;:lotion or change in rank, all accumulated Overtirie will be <br />paid at the rate the Overtime was earned. <br />ARTiCLE XI <br />UNIFORM ALLOWAIvCE <br />11.1 All Enployees shall maintain duty and dress imiforms as nandated <br />by Rules and Regulations ariendr.ient dated Janua_ry 8, 1982. - <br />11.2 All Cadets, immediately upon appointment, shall bs provided two <br />duty uniforms, one unifonn cap, one light weight jacket, one <br />winter jacket and ane white shirt. All clothi.ng provided shall be <br />surrendered to the Employer if the E7nployee fails to coMplete the <br />probationary period. <br />11.3 Each Fmployee, commencing with the second year of employment, or <br />January l, whichever is later, shall receive an annual cash <br />uni forr.i allowance in the amount of $850.00 per year. Such <br />allowance shall be paid in a separate cneck along with the <br />bnployee's first paycheck of January each year• <br />ARTT[:T,F. XTT <br />HOLIDAYS <br />12.1 On January lst of each year, bnployees shall be entitled to <br />seven, twenty-four hour holidays. <br />12.2 Selection of Holidays shall be made by the Employee"and be subject <br />to the approval of the Fire Chief or his designee. <br />-13-
