33.9 DLIiY ASSIGI,= AFTER TREATT= <br />tlnce an Employee successrully corapletes rehabilitation, he shall <br />be returned to his regular duty assignment. Fnployez <br />reassignment during treatment shall be ba.sed on each individual's <br />circumstances. If follow uTd care is prescribed after treatment, <br />this may be a condition of employrient. Once treatment and any <br />follow u-p care is completed, at the end of two years the records <br />of treatment and positive drub test results shall be retired to <br />a closed medical record.
