33.9 DLIiY ASSIGI,= AFTER TREATT= <br />tlnce an Employee successrully corapletes rehabilitation, he shall <br />be returned to his regular duty assignment. The Fire DepartmenL shall be solely liable for any <br />legal oblibations and costs rising aut of the provisions and/or <br />application of this collective bargaining agreerient relatirg to <br />drug testing. The Union shall be held harmless for the violation <br />of any worker ribhts arising frcm, the administration of the drug <br />testing prooram. . <br />33.12 CONFLICT IdITH OTHr'?t LAWS <br />This article is il-i no way intended to supersede or c.raive an <br />Finployee's federal or state constitutional rights. <br />ARTICLE XXXN <br />PROBATIUNARY PERIOD <br />All neur Employees sha.ll have a probationa.ry period of eighteen <br />months.
